Thanks to a grant from our Community Grants Program, the Samford Area Men’s Shed (SAMS) has installed a brand-new fully ducted dust extraction system!
This upgrade isn’t just about keeping the shed tidy—it’s about creating a healthier, safer, and more enjoyable space for members to work on their projects. The new system efficiently captures dust directly from workstations, saws, sanders, and lathes, keeping the air cleaner and the workspace less cluttered.
SAMS Chairman, Phil Walters, shared his excitement “This system is a game-changer for us. We’re incredibly grateful to Community Bank Samford for their support in making this happen.”
